Shipping & returns
Delivery can take 12-24 days depending on the item, production timing, destination, and carrier movement. MEZ handles customer care for all artwear orders. Customers should contact MEZ first for sizing, damaged items, wrong items, misprints, missing parcels, or return questions. For apparel fit or change-of-mind requests, contact MEZ before sending anything back. We will review the order and start with an exchange where possible, then store credit if the right item is unavailable. Refunds require studio approval. Items sent back without an approved return or exchange request may not be accepted. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
