Shipping

Parcel delayed, damaged, missing, or wrong?

Delivery can take 12-24 days depending on the item, production timing, destination, and carrier movement. Tracking updates may be limited while the shipment is moving between international logistics hubs and awaiting processing by the destination carrier. This is a normal part of the shipping process and does not necessarily indicate a delay. If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing, or arrives with an issue, contact MEZ with your order number and photos so we can review and help with the right next step.

If something is not right, contact MEZ before sending anything back. We will review the order details and help with the right next step. Items sent back without an approved return or exchange request may not be accepted. Refunds are reviewed by the MEZ studio and are not automatic. Where an exchange or store credit is the right path, we will explain that clearly. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
